What is really important?

In a conversation with a customer I have known for 19 years, a call came in from my 9-year-old adopted daughter. Desperation could be heard in the child's voice. So I asked the customer if it would be OK for me to look at his problem the next working day. After so many years of working together, his response was "look after your children"!
The reason for the daughter's call was a found bird's egg, with the fear that it might die:

And as dad always has an incubator at the ready, he can help.

What is important?
Every life is important, even if it's just a bird's egg!
Family is important, even if it's your ex-ex-wife's adopted daughter!
Friends and people you can always ask for help are important!

Everything else might just be your job!
