Datapage will not report Concentricity

For some reason, every once in awhile (not on all parts run), Datapage will not record results for my Cocentricity dimensions. Any particular reason why? Thanks in advance.

I have the same problem with PCD2EXCEL - it doesn't like Runout either. Any ideas why?
