If you can get to the first screen maybe someone deleted your authorization code. It may also may be corrupt and may need to be re loaded. If you do not have a disk you can download it from the wilcox site.
If you can open it but not access the data try this.
You can try this.
You can try c/datapage/ open the folder your reports are in and Delete all files in the database directory with the following extensions
.dbl
.dbu
.dbx ( these file will regenerate)
.log
.taf
You should be left with files which have the following extensions
.k01
.k02
.d01
.d02
.d03
.d04
.d05
.dbd

As with all applications, knowing the version is always helpfull.
I think at one time it would crash if there was a c:\seldata.ini file. It should not really be at that location. You could also try renaming your datapage.ini file to see if something in that file is causing an issue.
