Targets Plots

Since there isn't any omnidirectional data given for TP can a CPK be calculated when using Target Plot?
This would negate the one sided issue. Appreciate any feedback on this pink Elephant.

Cpk for TP is calculated without lower tol. see atached PDF (help file)

In other words CPU would be used in leau of CPK?
