When I 'save a current report' (PPAP) to excel, and when I open excel I would expect to see any dimension that was out of print in red, how ever mine shows everything in black. Any way of getting this to show like it does in datapage, black in tolerance and red out of tolerance?

Well, there are all kinds of things you can do with Excel. Without knowing the Excel form you are using, it's hard to define what needs to be done.
CONDITIONAL FORMATTING of a cell can change the color of the fonts automatically (as well as other things) as long as you know how to do the 'coding'. If you have a cell that shows the amount out of tolerance, it will be greater than 0, so you could use the conditional format to point at that cell and if the value is greater than 0 have it turn the font RED in the cell you are conditionally formatting, if ya follow.
It would be a royal pain to do this if you had to do it every time, but if you have a master Excel file that you use for all jobs, you would only have to do this in the master file.
