I got an error
"Unable to access database for write operation"
After running a new program.
I was in Datapage playing around with "report display options"
Would this cause it?

If DataPage is busy when PDMISW attempts to write to it the current data is stored in the xstats.tmp file. The next time a program is run PCDMISW will write all data in the .tmp file to DataPage if possible.
