Datapage+ - Waiting for approval user?

I have installed Datapage+. I registered. I go to log on with User Name and Password, I get the following message.

According to the HELP file, under the Tools tab there should be an Account tab but I'm not seeing it. I only see Database Connection.

How do I get to the Account Tab?

Firts you need to login with: user name: administrator, pass: 123456. Then go to Tools-account-all users-double click the user's icon and select user type with the access pulldown menu- click the submit icon (next to right arrow icon).
