I am testing my GR&R so I am manually putting in data, I made my tracefields (operator,part,trial), my data values are in along with transactions, when I click on the GR&R icon I select all the transactions and the variable. now the problem is when I get to the GR&R selection box i get a message that says TRANSACTION ENTERED WAS INVALID! what does this mean?? i also have another question i a assuming that trial means how many times you measured the part?
you were right somehow a few values got deleted, entered them in again but I'm still getting the same message, now i noticed that on the drop down selection box for operator;part and trial, when i select opeator for all drop downs i get a report but its not the report im looking for, and when i select trial for the trial drop down i get that message.
I don't have the R&R addon for Datapage, but I do remember frmo teh 30-day "free" trial you get upon install that you MUST have correct values for all tracefields and you must have the correct number of samples/parts/operators and it all must jive or it will not work.
Are you doing a 3-3-5? 2-3-5? 3-3-10? 2-3-10?
2 OP, 3 Trial, 5 Samples. You must have 30 transactions in the database and they must have all 30 different combo's of O/T/S for tracefields. ONE mistake in all of that, and it won't work.
I am trying to do operators=3; parts=5 and measurements=6. So I currently have 90 consecutive transactions, now my trial should be 1,2,3,4,5,6 right? I think its miller time already!!
Ok I see what you are saying, i will try that. It seems like i had to many #'s on the trial tracefield. thanks a whole bunch for your help Matthew!!

It is a zipped file. The file name will be 27712.TXT. Put it in your Datapage install directory
Open Datapage Editor, then click on DATABASE ~ ASCII Archive ~ LOAD and load in the data file, if you un-zip it in your main Datapage install directory, all you will need to do is type in 27712.TXT in the load window and then load it. It is a 3-3-5 R&R study I just did yesterday. It should give you an R&R report from Datapage as long as you grab the correct tracefields in the correct pull-downs.
