Statistics Report

We have recently done a new install of PCDMIS and Datapage on some of our CMM terminals (upgrading to Windows 7), and for some reason, the number of "samples" that are required to create a statistics report has changed. Previously, it required only 3 parts, to create a high, low, and mean stats report. Now, it will not create a statistics report for anything less than 10 parts.

Anyone know where you would go to change this, or how to go about doing it? Any help is appreciated.

  • That got it. After my last post, I got the brilliant idea of checking the settings of the one terminal we have that is still calculating a stat report for less than 10 parts, and behold! Subgroup size was set at 1, minimum sets of 3.

Thanks, Matt! I would never have figured out where to look without you!
