Error Code

I am getting a (Bad Installation Error Code [-3]) When I start up datapage. I uninstalled datapage, then reinstalled, get the same message. There is an error message when I am finishing the instal too...

I get this error when I reinstal, just before it prompts for the readme file:

File Error Return From TLOCK [-351]
