Search the PC-DMIS Help file for "Understanding File Locations" and you will find a comprehensive list of all locations used, and what file goes where.
XSTATS11.TMP is found under (click the 'i' symbol at the end of the line to get the file list):
Shared Data Files [Hidden] (such as calibration files, setup files, and so forth)
XP:
