The CMM operators are getting an error message that "Access to C\Doc........\All....\Application Data\Wai\2011....XSTATS... was denied."
We set the Tools, Folder Options, View, to 'Show hidden files and folders" , Apply.
It worked for a day and now it does not.
Do the security rights need changed for the Application Data folder?
Can the PC administrator of the PC go in and make certain changes so that this works for all PC users?
