hexagon logo

Template editing

Hi

I have just used the template builder to change all the logo files in every template installed.

Now when I run Datapage+ I still get the Hexagon logo ???

It almost seems that the logo is hard coded into the template files as I cannot find the
Hexagon image file anywhere at all.

Any ideas?

  • As russd said, if you go through and change the logos for the various default reports, DataPage doesn't apply that new template (even if it's the default template for that report) until you select 'DefaultTemplate2ChartLand' or whatever again and re-define it as the default. I just went through this process. Same deal for custom reports, you must re-select and re-define that new updated template before any changes will be made in DataPage itself. I also searched high and low for the Hexagon logo, but I don't think there is one...

Also, it looks to me that some reports can only be a landscape template, etc... so I'd be mindful of which default template you are re-defining the chart/text report as. For example you can't jam all of the 'Multi Run Chart' into a normal chart size, it has to be a landscape style to fit all the info on the page.
