Like a lot of people I have a need to be able to save measured data into excel. With Datapage RT we just saved report as a .txt file and copy/pasted text into excel file - primitive but effective. Datapage+ has a function to be able to output text report to excel (at least that's what I understand from the help file) but as yet I have been unable to do so. I have the regional setting to US as already suggested, but with regards to the customised reports and templates i have been unable to get a result. All i get is a file that ,when opened, windows throws out an error stating the file is in a different format than specified by the file extension?
Any clues?
