1) You need to have the R&R add-on (otherwise you only get a 30 day trial, I'm guessing you have the add-on).
2) You MUST use tracefields for it to work.
You need a tracefield for OPERATOR, SAMPLE, and TRIAL. The values for those MUST be numbers and ONLY numbers, Datapage uses those numbers to sort the data correctly.
There are several R&R's you can do. MINIMUM is 2 operators, 2 trials, 5 parts I think. From there it can be 5 to 10 parts, 2 or 3 operators and 2 or 3 trials. You can not do an R&R with a single part, minimum is 5.
Data page+ GR&R is included now I believe. I haven't tried it with less than 60 pieces of data. You must use Tracefields as Matt describes. Also change the settings to show the raw data and whether its Good or bad etc.
