I am running datapage + 2011 mr1 and when I click on the current selected part number at upper right corner of the window the upload cad model command is grayed out.

If memory serves me correct, and it doesn't all the time, I believe you have to have DataView to upload a model. This happened to me as well when I first started I tried it, didn't know right away that we didn't have DataView. Guess my company thinks it is too expensive to make really nice reports.
