Datapage + 2012mr1 will not print?

Trying to get use to this new format. I am trying to print a report to my network printer. When I try to print, the program boots me out with an error. I can use the same print format and send the report to my desktop as a pdf file with no problems. The proper printer is selected, I checked the configurations, it all looks proper? Anyone else having this issue? Is there a fix?

Sorry, no problems here. Never had a printer issue and all our printers are networked.

Sorry for no quick reply. Any report I pick will not print when I click the print icon and have the setting set to my network printer. If I highlight the pdf format, the printer works to send the report to my desktop. I think this might have to do with the new sql 2008 server that was setup to run the new software. If I can get the IT kid, yes, I said kid, to look at the setup, maybe he can solve the problem. If I find an answer, I will post it.
