Need some help? I have installed datapage+ 2011 MR1 from the disk and from the web site. But when I do the following for the path in the program C:\Program Files\WAI\DataPage+ 2011 MR1\Datapagestats.exe the datapagestats.exe dose not exist anywhere. I have taken the class but still can not find the "exe" file. Also now getting this error "the version target database (V4.36) dose not match the request (V4.25) please upgrades your application? Can run datapage but can not get the PC DMIS 2013 MR to communicate using the string. I'am sure there will be more but at this point stuck.
They made the install of this software so complicated I just called tech support and had them take over my screen and walk me through the install. I suggest you do the same.

Was it installed with Admin permissions?
Uninstall and start again.
If you go to Tools, Database connection, there is a an UPGRADE button at the bottom to upgrade the database to the newest version.
The install is being made a lot easier with regards SQL etc.
