I have seen this message before as well. It took me a while to figure out why it was happening. I was closing the programs too quickly after they were finished running, trying to get on to the next part I wanted to run.
The stats were not completely downloaded to Data-page. Some of our programs have a large amount of data being reported, so it may take a while. Look for the data-page symbol on the bottom ribbon of your computer screen when your program is finished running. DO NOT close the PCDMIS program before that data-page tab goes away from the ribbon.
