I have also seen this when installing another version as the data importer tool still uses the old version, especially if it wasn't closed during install. Glad you have resolved it and also thanks for posting the fix.
Yea, the most common issue is with the old data importer running in the background. Datapage doesn't care what version of PC-DMIS you're running. It doesn't even know, it just needs to know where to find the file.
