AIAG isn't a version. It's a minimum set of requirements that tells you what types of information are required.
As long as you have measured data, tolerances, Customer name/revision/etc, you meet AIAG requirements. The template included in the AIAG PPAP manual is not the required format. It is merely a suggestion, that shows one way that the data can look.
DP+ does have a text report called "PPAP", and so long as you can form-fill the header (or use a custom template, as we do), then you should meet AIAG requirements. Our CAD with label reports have never been kicked back as "not AIAG format".
Never meant it was a version.
It is in fact a format.
A format that has been excepted through many industries and what comes out of DATAPAGE+ does not meet the criteria
for our customers.
I am asking if it has the AIAG format hidden somewhere or if there is a version of
DATAPAGE+ that does have the format.
I believe support for an AIAG report was added in version 2012 of Datapage. This is only supported by directly reporting to an Excel sheet but support does exist.
