Looks like you are using the built in "Stats/on Offline=Yes". So the answer is no, there is no way to change the name using that method. The only way possible is if you are using the external data tools utility to generate your stats but this requires a little bit of work to get working and it less friendly that the internal tool.
That is the file name of the executable and is part of the Data tools package. But yes, if you use the external command that calls up datapagestats.exe you can change the name of the generated file.
You should stick with your current method of generating stats. The new method would require some applications training and someone with the know how to setup the data importer to import data into your SQL database.
"Settings for DataPageStats" this is only useful if you use the external command and the data importer tools. This does not affect the internal "Stats/On" command.
