PDF printer error message

Ive seen something similar in PCDMIS...like the drivers were uninstalled correctly. We are getting an error message that the printer is not activated, error code -41 in datapage.

Its on AMYUNI document converter for printer settings. Any thoughts?

Yea, the Amyuni document converter is intended to be integrated into software not treated as a virtual stand alone printer. Datapage has no support or integration to print to either the PC-DMIS Amyuni printer or the Amyuni document converter. You will need to download a PDF printer software like PDFcreator, this is the software that we are bundling with the newest versions of PC-DMIS. Amyuni also sells a PDF converter too but I believe PDFcreator is free.
