CAD report labeling help

I would like to know if there is any way I can label my transactions with an actual name or number, rather than a date and time. We are comparing a used part in one of our dies to a freshly cut one and it makes it hard to tell which is new and which is the old one.

Also at the top with the picture and 6 different labels. I can change them all but I can not figure out how to save them and make it default.

Yes it is, depending on the method you use.

If you are using the DataPageStats.exe external command, then you need to run the external (either by executing in the program, or running from the file location) and hit the "Settings" button on the poop-up window that shows execution progress. On the new window that pops up, you can change the file naming convention.

If you are doing it another way, I don't know how it's done, but it is probably still possible.
