Well, it looks like your stat command is trying to send the data to DATAPAGE-RT (really old) and trying to so without a directory to send the data to. I'm pretty sure that won't work.
Yes, it is assigned to DATAPAGE-RT, it is too in PC-DMIS. I do have a directory inputted inhere. i think its sometime in my programming in PC-DMIS i am missing. but i not sure.
