Error in DP affecting output

I am getting a constant error in DP+ 6.0. Our IT dept. is having issues trying to resolve it and they say they are not getting Hexagon support. This error pops up anytime you move in DP, it affects many items we use, stats info, dataview, trace fields and more. error.docx Hopefully this attachment will work. This error started happening 5 - 6 weeks ago. Any help would be appreciated.

Someone was assigned to your case this afternoon, he can contact me if he has any questions regarding this. But I've worked with him before on a similar issue so he should be able to get you squared away pretty easily.
