basic script

Does anyone use Basic script, and if so can you help me. It seems as if i've screwed something up. When i put it in my program and change to (loadexcel) and mark it, it runs OK till program is over then it gives me error on ole on line 44.

Does this sound fixable.

Do you have Excel on the computer that is running PC-DMIS? You could check line 44 in the script to see what command that is causing the error. Probably something with loading/starting Excel or some other OLE automation object.

Go the command (in the part program) that calls the script

Hit the F9 key to expose the script code

Go down to line 44, or thereabouts

paste either a section or the entire program to this thread o we can see it

Yeh, I get this as well. I do find however that if I OK to the error messages the VB file is created and runs OK from there on in. Though when I try to open it I'm advised that it is already open.
A cure would surely be the best remedy.
