CP CPK none?

I am new to Dataview and data page.
I have been asked to track CP and CPK on a production part.
The data appears to be valid but when I print my report from data view
it says CP none and I get the CPK. I have thes options turned in the properties. Anyone have any suggestions?

In Datapage, go to OPTIONS ~ SPC CALCULATIONS ~ CAPABILITY THREASHOLD and mark BOTH CAL CAP when OUT OF CONTROL and Cp/Pp for UNILATER TOLERANCE. See if that does it.

On dimensions with tp is has a ucl
If its a straight x or y dimension it does not show a ucl or lcl but it does show a usl lsl
Does that sound right?

USL/LSL - UPPER SPEC LIMIT/LOWER SPEC LIMIT
UCL and LCL are LOWER CONTROL LIMIT and UPPER CONTROL LIMIT
