K Field Configurator Not Updating

We are brand new to Q-Das. When we change/update the K-Field configurator, it doesn't update when we add the Q-Das Tracefields in PCDMIS, they do not include our recent changes.

We close the program, reboot PCDMIS, all of that. Still nothing. Feels like we are missing a step.

Hello John,

this is more a PCDMIS question then Q-DAS question. But I have a little epirience with it. Can you tell me what version of PCDMIS are you using? And are you using external convertor?

2023.2 - Using the built in configurator. We have a config file we have been using that has it set-up how we want it. I removed that file to create a brand new one to play around with. When I delete that one and put in our default one, it won't update back to where it should be.

Very frustrating...

Hello John. As this is part of the PC DMIS Software, we are here not the best contacts. We have not seen such a problem till now. have you contacted your local PC DMIS support for this already?
