Width @MMC as a primary datum

I have got a problem how to "learn" PCDMIS 2012 MR1 datum features of ASME Y14.5-2009. When I have drawing specified width as a primary datum @MMB what features I can use? I need to simulate "hard gage". Mid plane doesn't work with MMB condition…
