Problem with PC-DMIS50 Converter - Printer not activated, error code -41

Hello everybody.
Problem in PC-DMIS CAD++Version 2013 R1 (release) x64 Build#1355 (SP6),

After updating windows, started getting error 41. I contacted the company Amyuni, and got the answer

the error code -41 is being generated because you an installed a new version of the Amyuni PDF Converter than the one the application (in your case PC-DMIS CAD) is using.
Unfortunately you need to go through PC-DMIS CAD in order to get product support. The product is licensed to them.

This problem always appears after installing updates, but is solved by simply reinstalling the software from the directory "C:\Program Files\WAI\PC-DMIS 2013 MR1 (Release) 64-bit\PDFDriverInstallFiles\BatFileInstallPDF50 - But for some reason it's not working right now. Support Hexagon has not yet responded to my feedback form through the website.

This was the solution at one stage for print commands stopping working in Windows 10.

The registry setting H_KEY_CURRENT_CONFIG/SOFTWARE/PCDMIS 50 CONVERTER the logged in PC user needs to have full access rights to this registry setting to allow print commands to work in Windows10.

Yes, I checked this parameter (I studied all similar topics before creating my own). The user is in the Administrators group. I really hope for help from support.

Verify that you are not printing to a printer which is the Amyuni printer. Pcdmis can print to a file (Amyuni pdf) but not the printer set as Amyuni.
The output should be set to file.

I had to change the printer name Amyuni to "PCDMIS 50 CONVERTER" then I was back in business.. good luck!

Tried all the options, nothing helps. The same error 41. Is there an alternative to printing this report? Use a different PDF printer?

Go to Control Panel, Devices and Printers, and right click on Amyuni printer. Choose "Printer Properties" select the "Ports" tab, make sure the port selected is :NUL:.

Thank you all.
The problem is not solved, I can not understand why.

In this time I have done:

1. All that is on the Internet for this request (making changes, checking the port)
2. Got the answer from the support (if interested I will publish it, none of this has not helped) - then they closed my ticket.
3. Reinstalling PS-DMIS2013.
4. Installed the operating system version 21H2 LTSC (with the security policy + anti-virus Trellix).
5. Installed OS 1906 LTSC - Clean, without antivirus (disabled FW)

And I always get the same error.

Is it possible that the problem is somewhere in the settings of the program itself?
If I do a test print from the printer settings, there is no error. But from the program it is regular.

Today i installed mew PC -windows 7 max (SP1) and i get this error again and again.
right after installation I get an Printer not activated, error code -30

then I reinstall the printer drivers (according to the manual) from the directory. And that's it I have Printer not activated, error code -41

What am I doing wrong. It can not be simple.
I'm sure I'm making a mistake somewhere, probably in a very simple step. But I don't know where.
Installation procedure:
1. Download distr - Metrology Software Distribution - /PC-DMIS-Versions/Release/2013_MR1> (hexagonmi.com) -

2. Pcdmis2013_MR1_Release_8.1.1374.0_x64.exe - install
3. Reboot PC
4. Run PC-DMIS 2013 mr1 with admin reles
5. PS-DMIS Setting Editor run and restore setting from backup
6. Run program - print and get error

Maybe there is some mandatory software that I have not installed, I do not remember.
