DataPage Editor?

Well I'm having problems with my editor today.
It well not turn on, DP/ RT starts up but I get error # -24
"attemp to access unlocked record or set"
I did delete " Vista.taf,Lockmgr.dbl didn't help
So what next any have a thought on this.

the readlock/writelock settings are set-up in the insert "stats" command block..I think you can edit them straight from the program though....the time settings can't be equal if I remember correctly...
