DataPage Editor?

Well I'm having problems with my editor today.
It well not turn on, DP/ RT starts up but I get error # -24
"attemp to access unlocked record or set"
I did delete " Vista.taf,Lockmgr.dbl didn't help
So what next any have a thought on this.

Were would I look for that?

ASK your IT people, if there was a problem yesterday, and they did anything to fix it, ASK them what they changed. You MAY have been an ADMIN on that PC (even without a login) and they may have changed you to a USER.
