DataPage Editor?

Well I'm having problems with my editor today.
It well not turn on, DP/ RT starts up but I get error # -24
"attemp to access unlocked record or set"
I did delete " Vista.taf,Lockmgr.dbl didn't help
So what next any have a thought on this.

What did he " fix"...those IT guys aren't trustworthy

He delete the vista.taf and the lockmngr.dbl.
I couldn't do it here, I was getting a message telling me
that the data base was being use even though I close out of it
and there was no one eles using it.
But hey I'm happy it works!
