We recently updated our CMM software from PCDMIS 3.2 to 2012, including DataPage+. On our old DataPage, we were able to select the part data based on what we numbered it in the PCDMIS prompt to upload to DataPage(stats number). In the new version of DataPage+, the only indicator for the part data is the time that is was uploaded, despite PCDMIS still asking you to serialize the part prior to execution. So, my question to you is, is there a way to view that stats number?
How many hours have all of Hexagon customers have lost due to the issues with there software? What would the total cost would be for all those lost hours? Then add the total SMA cost.
