Everytime I test my Datapage+ 2013 connection to my Excel Spreadsheet PC DMIS 2103 crashes. I am on a 64-bit Windows 7 machine with 32-bit office. I tried setting my ODBC connections inside the %system%/Syswow/ folder as well. I even went so far as to redirect the control panel settings to the %system%/SYSWOW/ folder. Still PC-DMIS crashes every time I test the connection.
DP+ 2013 isn't released as yet. 2012SP1 is the latest version ATM.
I agree with Rondog, we need more info.
If you indeed have DP+, there is a set method of sending data and we haven't seen the issues you describe from this method.
