To run a specific command within the application without using a mouse, Q-DAS applications support the use of function keys, keyboard shortcuts and user-defined hotkeys.
There is also a tooltip for the ribbon bar. This allows the user to activate the menu item description by pressing the [ALT] key. The use of [ALT] key is disabled by default. [DEL] | Deletes the active element (part, group, characteristic). |
[F12] | Opens the characteristics mask for the active characteristic. |

procella key bindings Compared to other Q-DAS products/modules, procella has a different default configuration of key bindings. Most of them are used to run commands from the "Summary / Input" windows. And only those commands that are implemented as buttons in the application bar. The buttons available on the application bar can be customised. It is also possible to assign individual key bindings to each of the buttons. |
