I have 2010MR3 and 2011 on the PC. I can calibrate the CMM-V with no error on 2010MR3. I built the same probe on 2011, and the calibration stop with this kind of message : "Focus detection error in one position".
I have only two choices : retry or cancel. If I retry, it's the same, if I cancel, the probe is not calibrated !!!!!
What can I do ?
(I prefer 2011 for some fixed bugs on tool changer...)
Thanks, racerx00 !
I have focus pulse =16, framegrabber type = 2, framegrabber camera type = 3...In interface setup, I think it's ok.
Where did you find those settings ?
What video card do you use (I think mine is cronos +, so framegrabber type = 2)
Can i change without problems ???????
Our card is a National Instruments. We are running a 64bit pc and this was a special card for that. The settings I use are what they told me when they installed everything. So you may need to get ahold of tech support to verify your settings are correct. But even if you change them, you can always change them back. Just write down what they were to begin with. I will try and keep thinking if there is anything else.
The problem has been fixed by our local Hexagon tech, there was a parameter in the constant file which was = 0 (limit of rotary table). Changing it, even if rotary isn't active, solved the problem !!!!!
Another problem (compatibility between matrox card and win7) has been solved by chaning matrox by IDS card...
Thanks to Hexagon !
