MCA/CMM reporting is a Q-DAS QM tool for measured value analysis and an ideal supplement to the use of coordinate measuring machines. In the most commonly used configuration, MCA/CMM reporting is a pass-through of files. Data sets - written by measuring devices - are loaded, displayed and passed on after confirmation. Hereby, the MCA/CMM reporting represents the first control loop, the direct information for the operator of the measuring machine and can be structurally placed before the central upload.

Dynamic Inspection Dynamic Inspection is a solution that helps customers reduce CMM inspection time in relation to the stability of their manufacturing process. Enabling customers to focus on the critical characteristics/dimensions, with a 100% inspection while measuring the other features in a sequential and dynamic way, this would allow customers to reduce their inspection cycle time on the CMM drastically. In case of quality alarm, the incriminated characteristic or feature would be measured until reaches a phase of stability. |
