Wrong license file (during the installation process)
This message indicates that the original *.LIC file was not selected in the setup, but a *.LIC file that was created during the registration process for offline registration. This licence file contains information about the PC on which the installation was carried out. This can also occur if the original '.LIC was overwritten during the first setup when saving the *.LIC for registration.
Solution:
The original license file sent to you by the back office should be used. And the latest license file must always be used (if products / options have been added over time).
Wrong customer number
Only the licences of a single customer no. can be stored in a licence database. If a licence file with a different customer no. is selected, the message "wrong customer no." is displayed.
Solution:
The customer no. in the licence file and licence database must match
Wrong encrypted database
The license databases of the Q-DAS Product Line are encrypted. If a license database is copied, regardless of whether it is Access, MS SQL or Oracle, it is no longer executable after copying and the following error message appears:

If the license database was copied due to a server move, a change to another drive or another SQL server:
License databases must never be copied!
The license tool must be started with the connection to the old license database. The previously registered licenses must be de-registered (following the registration process). A fresh license database can be set up in the new "environment". After connecting to this new license database, the licenses can then be re-registered.
