In current projects, various texts of the Q-DAS software in different languages are put to the test. We started with an important point, the names of the various measurement quantities (K2009). This is a historical translation status in all languages. For all languages in which we have contacts with trained personnel and with the help of many long-standing and experienced distributors, the measured quantities have been adapted in many languages. To give customers an overview, the changes per language are listed here on the following pages.
Other text changes that may be critical or important to inform customers in their language are also listed here.
For many languages we have very few experienced contacts. Any customer who feels that a particular text is bad is welcome to report this to us. A message to the community owner Thomas Gastgeb (contact details in his description) with a screenshot and a suggestion, which we will check, is sufficient here.
When looking at the lists in the different languages, 2 points must be taken into account:
Firstly, a translation may be active in Bowser itself. This should be switched off if you want to view the list in foreign languages:
Furthermore, the community itself is able to translate, through an AI in the background. This must also be deactivated in order to be able to read all entries in the desired language. For this, choose as language "original".
