I tried to do modal analysis by creating beam elements with beam cross-sectional properties. However, when the modal analysis is done I get only bending modes not the torsional modes. How could I get the torsional modes?

I am running a sol 145 flutter analysis then looking at the deformations in PATAN. (both 2022) .. in the bad old days with param,post,0 and para,opphipa I would get the structural deformations as well as the aero deformations to compare. Not working.

When I´m using SOL103 I get all the eigenfrequence an eigenvalues in the .f06 file. I want to transform this informations into a list.

There used to be a time (long time ago, 25+ years) when a PARAM,NOCOMPS used to output the equivalent PSHELL/MAT to the f06... Somehow, I can't make this happen anymore... Am I remembering wrong?

Trying to use Superelements sent over by a customer to integrate into a larger model, we're getting a "MATRIX XAAV FOR UPSTREAM SUPERELEMENT 100 DOES NOT EXIST", what is XAAV?
When attaching the xdb file in Patran, I get " $# *** Begin: Attach Result File *** "
The same code gives me results if I ask for a op2 file and there are no fatal errors in the f06 file.
What could cause this?

The usual way Nastran exports reduced matrices is by using the op2/op4/pch formats using extout method. Is it possible to export them as HDF5's?? MATLAB being my external interface to Nastran can readily read HDF5's and hence my question…
In a sol 112 run I get the message although the mentioned grid point is defined:
*** USER FATAL MESSAGE 2008 (GP3)
LOAD SET 1049 REFERENCES UNDEFINED GRID POINT 2
The grid point also exists in the op2-file of the broken simulation.
